UK - Priory Marina

Solent Marines innovative design for Priory Marina in Bedford won us the contract from British Waterways Marina Ltd. We specifically designed a pontoon system that can take the exceptional loading experienced from 12 metre fingers with 2 x 21 metre narrow boats moored to them. The design was especially attractive being the most cost effective and attracting the most revenue to the marina. The innovative load bearing design meant we did not have to pile the finger ends. This provides Priory Marina with the added flexibility of being able to move the fingers to accommodate wider beams when necessary.
